His experience includes work at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom L.L.P. and Cogent Law, as well as serving as Chief Legal Officer of Public Storage and Syncor International Corporation, in addition to numerous other public and private companies.
While at Public Storage, Jack orchestrated Public Storage’s $5 billion hostile acquisition of rival self-storage operator Shurgard Storage Centers, Inc., which was the first hostile and first all-stock acquisition of a Real Estate Investment Trust.
Jack’s practice today continues to focus on sophisticated strategic transactions, corporate structuring, securities matters, and complex business initiatives for clients operating across multiple industries and stages of growth.
