Sasha served as Senior Counsel at Exodus, where she orchestrated legal strategy for a $75 million tokenized Reg A+ public offering, bridging securities compliance with product and operational realities. Her practice spans venture-backed startups to public-facing crypto companies and includes work on offering structures such as Reg D, Reg S, and Reg A+.
