    Andrew has represented private sector companies, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the Patent and Trademark Office in matters involving foreign businesses, governments, and international organizations, bringing a broad and practical understanding of complex international and multidisciplinary issues.
    In addition to practicing with Cogent Law, Andrew is currently the Director General of IIPI, where he provides education and guidance about intellectual property rights to leaders and innovators in developing countries, with a strong focus on China. He has also served in various capacities as a co-founder, board member, advisor, in-house and outside General Counsel, and C-Suite business leader for startups.
