Eric Guthrie is an experienced attorney and author with a multifaceted legal practice. He focuses on labor and employment law and business law, while also maintaining an active cryptocurrency and blockchain legal practice.
Eric serves as the Director of Training Programs for the Government Blockchain Association and is a certified trainer for TRTCLE, leading a DC Bar–accredited course on blockchain law. His course, Blockchain Legal Specialist, provides 7.5 MCLE credits for attorneys seeking to deepen their knowledge of blockchain regulation and practice.
Eric is the author of Blockchain or Die: Learn to Profit from Cryptocurrencies and Blockchains (2019), which became an Amazon #1 New Release and reached #1 Best Seller status seven times. The book received multiple accolades, including the 2020 NYC Big Book Award, 2020 Independent Press Award Distinguished Favorite, 2020 Indie Book Awards Finalist, and 2020 American BookFest Finalist.
