Jacqueline Cooper, Esq, MA LDT, NBCT, CCI, BMM, is an entrepreneur as well as a Web3 business consultant. She is the CEO of the Blockchain Legal Institute, an educational portal designed to provide diverse resources to those exploring the applications of innovative technologies including AI, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and blockchain protocols, along with the compliance implications that come with them.
She spearheads a centralized library for the decentralized community and develops educational initiatives focused on innovative technologies. Her expertise spans blockchain platforms and applications including cryptocurrencies, smart contracts, and decentralized finance (DeFi). She also serves as a Media Ambassador for the Global Business Blockchain Council, Co-Chair of the Government Blockchain Association’s Legal Working Group, and GBA Talk Show Host.
In addition to the Blockchain Legal Institute, Jacqueline serves as CEO of the Maryland Blockchain Association. She is a National Board Certified Teacher and brings a strong commitment to inclusion, workforce development, and expanding career opportunities for youth, young adults, and career switchers entering technology-driven fields.
Jacqueline is licensed as an attorney in the District of Columbia and is certified in cryptocurrency investigations as well as an Assessor for the Blockchain Maturity Model. She is also the author of the “Bitcoin Cinderella” blockchain adventure series and the “Essential Digital Asset Organizer for Attorneys & Consumers,” along with other reference works available on Amazon.
