With a distinguished career spanning more than three decades, Kevin C. Martin is a seasoned professional in estate planning, international development and diplomacy, and investment banking.

Kevin brings deep experience in estate and special needs planning, integrating legal and financial insight to help clients navigate wealth management, asset protection, and long-term legacy planning. He develops comprehensive estate plans designed to preserve and transfer assets intentionally, while also advising on tax implications, fiduciary responsibilities, and risk mitigation strategies across generations.

Before practicing law, Kevin served as a Foreign Service Officer, where he led economic growth initiatives and strengthened private sector participation in complex and challenging environments. His work included designing and implementing high-impact development strategies that promoted economic resilience, stability, and key international partnerships, particularly in conflict-affected regions.

Earlier in his career, Kevin managed negotiations for business acquisitions and sales at IDP Group, LLC, and optimized fixed-income derivative portfolios at Bank of America’s Global Investment Banking Division. He holds a JD and LLM from Loyola University Chicago and an MBA from The University of Chicago.
