Sasha Hodder is a cryptocurrency and fintech attorney licensed in Florida who focuses on helping innovators launch and scale products in highly regulated environments. Over the past decade, she has worked with clients across the U.S. on regulatory strategy and compliance matters involving FinCEN/AML, OFAC sanctions, securities and commodities laws, gaming law, lending law, and state banking and money-transmission regimes.
Sasha served as Senior Counsel at Exodus, where she orchestrated legal strategy for a $75 million tokenized Reg A+ public offering, bridging securities compliance with product and operational realities. Her practice spans venture-backed startups to public-facing crypto companies, with experience structuring offerings (Reg D, Reg S, Reg A+), designing AML/BSA programs, evaluating MSB/MTL exposure, advising on on-/off-ramps, OTC and custody flows, and counseling on prediction-market and sports-betting interfaces with state and federal rules.
She is a frequent CLE presenter on digital asset law and has been featured in outlets such as CoinDesk and Bitcoin Magazine. Sasha also hosts the HODLCast Podcast, where she has conducted more than 100 interviews with founders, policy leaders, and technologists.
