Chris Van Dyck advises financial institutions and cannabis businesses on regulatory compliance, banking strategy, and cannabis lending programs. A former BSA Officer and General Counsel at a financial institution, Chris has built and scaled compliant cannabis banking programs that generate significant fee income while mitigating regulatory risk.
