Before entering legal practice, Allison worked as an analyst in the oil and gas industry. That experience gives her a practical understanding of the energy industry and the regulatory pressures companies face in highly regulated markets.

Allison is also active with the Government Blockchain Association, where she is co-leading the Digital Asset Management course design.
