    Before entering legal practice, Allison worked as an analyst in the oil and gas industry. She researched and wrote for a forecasting firm that produced detailed reports for clients and later worked as an attorney for an independent oil and gas production company. That experience gives her a practical understanding of the energy industry and the regulatory pressures companies face in highly regulated markets.

    Allison is also active with the Government Blockchain Association, where she is co-leading the Digital Asset Management course design. She earned her JD from Tulane Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Louisville, where she was a four-year member of the Division I field hockey team.
