Danielle Boyle, CCBP, CBPA
Specialty Banking Manager, Dart Bank
Danielle brings 14 years of banking experience and a strong background in compliance, operations, and risk management. As Specialty Banking Manager, she leads Dart Bank's Cannabis Related Business (CRB) compliance and support team, ensuring operations remain efficient, well-controlled, and fully compliant with federal, state, and local regulations, particularly in the areas of BSA/AML and risk management. She began her career at Dart Bank in customer service, moved into accounting, and found her niche in specialty banking. Danielle holds a BBA from Grand Valley State University with a double major in International Business and Marketing and is a 2025 graduate of the Perry School of Banking.
Chris Van Dyck
Partner, Cogent Law
As a Partner at Cogent Law, Chris Van Dyck brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience in cannabis and hemp banking, both as a financial regulatory attorney and as a general counsel and BSA officer at a financial institution. With a deep understanding of compliance and regulatory expectations, including the 2014 FinCEN guidance, Chris has helped build and scale a successful cannabis and hemp banking program that became a major revenue driver. Today, he advises financial institutions on launching and managing compliant cannabis and hemp banking programs, mitigating risk, and driving growth in this high-opportunity sector.
