Jacqueline Cooper, Esq, MA LDT, NBCT, CCI, BMM, is an entrepreneur as well as a Web3 business consultant. She is the CEO of the Blockchain Legal Institute, an educational portal designed to provide diverse resources to those exploring the applications of innovative technologies including AI, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and blockchain protocols, along with the compliance implications that come with them.

She spearheads a centralized library for the decentralized community and develops educational initiatives focused on innovative technologies.
